Tom Dottore

With more than 35 years of corporate experience in real estate management and development, planning, logistics, and asset appraisal, stabilization and liquidation, Tom brings a wealth of value to the Dottore Companies. His steady and efficient approach to crisis management generates the composed atmosphere necessary to the best outcome.  Unmatched attention to detail in analyzing books and records and applying customized solutions to stabilizing assets has earned Tom the highest respect.  "We create solutions for people who did not see one," he explains.  "We work feverishly and craft out-of-the-box options, not unlike the Marines."

He is a Court Appointed Receiver, a Master Commissioner of Federal District Court, and a Certified Mediator with the Ohio Supreme Court.  Tom is deeply involved in the community, serving on numerous boards and commissions, and is a long time Trustee of the Facilities Services Corporation of the Cleveland Catholic Diocese.
